One of my first major projects with Microsoft Studios was Ryse: Son of Rome, a Xbox One launch title from the Crytek and the Microsoft Core Publishing Team.
On the project I worked as a designer building the multiplayer itemization and equipment. I was responsible for spec-ing out the in game items, economy, and general monetization. I also helped create the first documentation on the single player in-game progression. This included the leveling system, unlocks, and skill break down. This system was ultimately re-configured for launch, but much of the initial work was carried over.
